Visalus check-in

So I've been doing Visalus for 2 week and 2 days. I've lost a total of 4 pounds. Which I'm thrilled about because I have totally not been doing what I'm supposed to be doing. LOL I've been drinking the shakes but there were SEVERAL days where I would eat 2 meals a day. Mainly because I've been eating lunch at work (I haven't found a blender I can bring to work yet) and then when Josh gets home early or I don't have the boys then I'll eat supper as well. (Only supposed to eat one meal a day.) But at least doing one shake a day is for maintaining your current weight. So it's working...which is what my main goal was, was to find out if it would actually work or not. So my goal this week is to stick to it more. If I eat lunch, I have to make myself have a shake for supper. Which actually isn't that hard (depending on what we cook for supper LOL) because they're really good. I ran out of strawberries this morning and tried to make a banana flavored. I don't like bananas so I'm not sure why I thought this would be a good idea. :) I choked it down but I wasn't a fan. Strawberry is the #1 for now. I'll get brave and try new receipes soon. Until then, if you'd like to join me you should DEFINATELY try it!
